RADIANT HEAT SOURCE:

The Radiant heating systems supply heat directly to the floor or to panels in the wall or ceiling of a house. The systems depend largely on radiant heat transfer — the delivery of heat directly from the hot surface to the people and objects in the room via infrared radiation.

Specifications:

• Provides a low voltage heat radiation source operating on 12 V with a current rating of about 8 A.
• The enclosure has lining of heat resistance material on the outside and an aperture of about 28 mm.
• It is mounted on a metal rod 150×8 mm for supporting the apparatus on a suitable retort stand.
